At Proginov, we have 300 employees. We are historically a publisher of ERP, accounting and payroll software.

Since 2001, we have been hosting our own solution. And over the past few years, we have moved into hosting external information systems, including healthcare software.

Why did you need to strengthen the traceability of sensitive access ?

At Proginov, we host our clients' information systems. Each client has their own isolated environment. We need to track the access carried out by their providers for software maintenance purposes.

As an approved healthcare data host, we already had a traceability requirement. We had managed to meet this need using an in-house solution, but it had its limitations and was becoming increasingly complex to maintain over time. When we undertook our ISO 27001 certification process, we decided to move towards a more robust product that would simplify our maintenance workload.

Why did you choose Rubycat's PROVE IT solution ?

During our search, we tested several traceability solutions. Some were too complex to implement from an administration standpoint, or required significant agent deployment efforts. That was not what we were looking for.

We wanted a solution that was simpler to manage on a day-to-day basis. What proved decisive was the ease of contact with Rubycat and the straightforwardness of our exchanges. They understood our needs clearly and were able to adapt in order to offer us the best solution.

After six months of use, are you satisfied ?

Initial feedback from our providers has been positive. The transition from the old solution to the new one was quick to carry out on our end.

Today, we would not go back to our in-house solution. In PROVE IT, we have found a solution that is flexible, meets our needs very effectively, and requires no maintenance effort on our part.
