RUBYCAT is a registered trademark protected in France and abroad.

Unless expressly authorised in advance, any reproduction or representation, in any form whatsoever, of this trademark, as well as any other trademarks, whether figurative or otherwise, that are visible and belong to Rubycat or to third parties, exposes the User to criminal and civil proceedings.

The User undertakes not to remove, modify, alter or in any way whatsoever delete the RUBYCAT trademark and, more generally, any proprietary notice affixed by Rubycat to any element of the Website.

The reference language for the resolution of any disputes shall be French.
