From March 17 to 19, 2026, Rubycat was present at the IT & Cybersecurity Meetings 2026 in Cannes. Over two days, public and private decision-makers came together to share their field experience, attend conferences and exchange ideas around a common goal: protecting their information systems.
On this occasion, we had the pleasure of welcoming Olivier DEVE, CEO of MSPP, for a concrete feedback session on the implementation and use of our PROVE IT solution.
The bastion as an obvious choice following an audit
MSPP is a health insurance fund with 23 employees whose mission is to strengthen the social protection of firefighters and their families.
With an IS managed by Olivier DEVE and outsourced to Omnitech, MSPP handles highly sensitive, confidential and personal medical and financial data, making it subject to the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) — an EU regulation that explicitly applies to EU financial services and aims to ensure cybersecurity resilience.
An audit conducted between March and June 2025 highlighted a critical need as part of DORA compliance : strengthening the control and traceability of sensitive access. On the advice of a peer, Olivier turned to PROVE IT, our PAM solution.
The concrete benefits of PROVE IT for MSPP
After evaluating several bastion solutions on the market, Olivier chose PROVE IT. The solution stood out as the most suited to his needs:
- Privileged access security with full traceability of actions performed on the IS
- Fast installation and quick onboarding thanks to a simple interface
- End-to-end support from Rubycat, tailored to non-expert users
- A model adapted to SMBs with a strong cost-to-benefit ratio that checks a key security box
