In the constantly evolving cybersecurity sector, recognition of the robustness and reliability of solutions and products has become an important issue for market players.

Rubycat is proud to have been awarded, for the second consecutive year, the France Cybersecurity label presented by the Alliance for Digital Trust (ACN). It testifies to Rubycat's continued commitment to digital security. Moreover, it confirms its position as a recognized player in the cybersecurity landscape in France and Europe.

The Alliance for Digital Trust (ACN): A reference player in cybersecurity

Before detailing the role of the France Cybersecurity label, it is interesting to understand the role played by the Alliance for Digital Trust (ACN) in the French ecosystem.

Founded in 2012, the ACN, a non-profit organization, represents major players in the digital trust sector, including world-renowned companies, SMEs, and mid-market enterprises. This grouping encompasses various domains such as cybersecurity, digital identity, secure communications, traceability/anti-counterfeiting, and safe city. In France, this sector is distinguished by a high-performing industrial fabric and enjoys an excellent international reputation, driven by the dynamism of its players.

The main missions of the ACN are as follows:

  • Represent the sector before public authorities.
  • Be a force for proposals by developing white papers, technical fact sheets, technical contributions, and expressing positions on national or European regulatory projects.
  • Provide valuable elements and innovative ideas to debates at both national and international levels.
  • Coordinate concrete actions aimed at developing markets and solutions in the digital trust sector.
  • Award labels such as France Cybersecurity and Cybersecurity Made In Europe.

This alliance promotes collaboration, expertise sharing, and the promotion of best practices to meet the growing challenges of digital security.

The France Cybersecurity Label

This label guarantees users that our PROVE IT IT bastion software solution is 100% French and possesses simple and intuitive functionalities, with a level of quality attested by an independent jury.

Our PROVE IT solution complies with the requirements of the label specifications. It meets the expected criteria following the analysis of elements provided by Rubycat regarding the quality and performance of our products: certifications, qualifications, and labeling.

These elements contribute to strengthening trust by guaranteeing product and service compliance with the highest standards of IT security through objective and independent evaluations.

As for the independent jury convened in the attribution committee, it is composed of members from the state college (representatives of the DGA, DGE, the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Digital, and the ANSSI), the industrial college (representatives of the ACN and Hexatrust), and the users college (representatives of the CIGREF, GITSIS, and CESIN groups).

Strategic objectives of the France Cybersecurity label:

  • Awareness of French origin: It aims to raise awareness among users and decision-makers about the importance of French origin in a cybersecurity offering and the distinctive characteristics inherent to it.
  • Attestation of product and service quality: The label is tasked with attesting, before users and decision-makers, the existence and marketing of products and services that have obtained certification, thus strengthening trust.
  • Promotion of French solutions: Another essential objective is to promote French cybersecurity solutions by increasing their visibility in both national and international markets, thus facilitating their access to export markets.
  • Broadening usage and strengthening protection: Finally, the label aims to generally increase the use of labeled solutions, thus contributing to raising the level of protection for users against growing threats.

A mark of trust for Rubycat

The France Cybersecurity label is, for Rubycat, a guarantee of trust, quality, and reliability for our PROVE IT IT bastion solution. A software appliance that controls and traces third-party access (remote maintenance providers, managed IT service providers) and privileged user access to critical IS resources, with session recording and re-visualization.

This label is added to those already obtained by Rubycat and our administration bastion solution :

  • Security Visa - CSPN issued by the ANSSI in June 2023 (renewal).
Note that PROVE IT is, to date, the only French PAM - Bastion solution certified by the ANSSI.

PROVE IT provides a reliable solution to the lack of visibility into actions performed by privileged users through the implementation of a federated portal – the administration bastion. Our solution offers a single entry point for privileged access and IS administration.

In conclusion

We are delighted to be France Cybersecurity labeled for the 2nd time. This comes to "validate" the daily investment of our teams in developing and advancing a reliable, intuitive French PAM [Privileged Access Management] - Bastion solution that is widely recognized for its ease of use and administration.

See you soon, the RubycatTeam! 😊
